Accountability Platform
The Private Sector Action initiative’s Accountability Platform serves as an engine for collective action and accountability for women’s health and empowerment in global supply chains.
The Platform serves as an engine for movement on accountability for women’s health and empowerment in global supply chains.
It brings together diverse stakeholders – organizations in activism, advocacy, service provision, research/M&E, consulting, business, labor – to drive strategic coordination and systemic change through its four pillars of action:
1
Joint Intelligence Sharing and Analytics
A place to collect, store, and organize all available data and research on women’s health and empowerment, allowing for rich dialogue, discussion and use of data, research and existing and emerging practices.
Mediation & Priority Setting
A convening space to mediate engagement with other coalitions and forums, identify emerging opportunities for joint and individual action, and determine priorities for greatest collective impact.
Coordinated Action & Advocacy
A place for diverse stakeholders that might not otherwise connect, to work together to execute programming and systems change collaboratively and effectively leveraging each other’s strengths and expertise.
2
Creative Solutioning
A hub to stimulate creative advancements and accountability mechanisms for impact in women’s health, wellbeing and empowerment – including improving business case metrics, advancing policy change and bringing together existing research and experience for scalable impact.
