The Universal Access Project works to ensure businesses have the information and tools they need to to drive measurable private sector action to advance women’s health and worker wellbeing.
The Private Sector Action (PSA) initiative convenes diverse groups – private sector organizations, NGOs, researchers, funders and other stakeholders – to drive performance on women’s health and empowerment.
The pandemic has forced business to rethink assumptions about workplace health and the resilience of global supply chains. It has shown that the health of women workers is an essential part of gender equality and good business.
Much research has documented the benefits to business and workers of investing in worker health and wellbeing. Yet UAP’s research underscores the need to strengthen the business case targeted to C-suites and investors and work for deeper change.
